Position Description:
We are seeking a Program Development & Evaluation Analyst to join the Industrial Certification Division (ICD).

The ICD is responsible for training and assessment of employees and contractors through certification programs, to ensure that everyone is fully certified to perform tasks to international standards.
The primary role of the Program Development & Evaluation Analyst is to work as a Staff Development trainer.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: English, mathematics, chemistry, physics, engineering or information technology. A master's degree is desirable.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in academic education or vocational training. This should include a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in instructional design of training programs, development and evaluation, curriculum, and test development.

You must be fluent in English.

A strong background in educational psychology, adult learning, evaluation methodology, educational testing and measurement, and educational computer/media/technology applications, and/or a certificate in education is desirable, e.g., teaching diploma.

Knowledge of computers, Microsoft office software, including PowerPoint, is essential.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Prepare daily lesson plans, training aids, handouts, group activities, role planning activities, demonstrations, and supplementary materials as appropriate.

Arrange classroom seating/materials/handouts.

Coordinate setup of remote training sites with Training Coordinators.

Coordinate instructions for certification visits with Training Coordinator.

Coordinate review of materials prior to visit, with Training Coordinator and candidates.

Arrange travel and accommodation for follow-up visits.

Submit follow-up evaluation reports to administration and submits certificates to participants.

Teach & evaluate candidates in job-related professional courses in three certification programs.

Conduct post-workshop certification follow-up visits to evaluate course participants.

Meet with SDU trainers and Supervisor regarding revisions to curricula, procedures, and training aids.

Meet with SMEs and other Saudi Aramco representatives relating to proposed and ongoing training activities.

Research and promote effective training methods.

Recommend, develop, and produce new curriculum.
