We are seeking a HR Generalist to join the Admin support of Information Protection Department (IPD) within Information Technology Admin Area of Saudi Aramco.
The Information Protection Department Admin support is responsible for managing the department resources and strategy of Information Protection of Saudi Aramco.
The HR Generalist primary role is to support the department human resource and provide consultancy to IPD management to ensure organization efficiency and health.
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or Business Administration from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
You will have Seven years’ experience in HR performance & talent management, staffing, organizational design, leadership development, facilitation and training, including at least 2 years in Information Technology.
Results-oriented with proven ability to communicate key performance indicators linking HR initiatives to bottom line results in terms of productivity, quality, safety, Security, service, revenue and/or non-labor costs.
Demonstrated capacity in HR related project team participation with emphasis on process improvement and HR strategic planning initiatives.
Two years of leadership experience within a multi-cultural organization including one year of working outside of home country.
Two years of experience with budgetary responsibilities at department or business unit level or commensurate business acumen experience.
Experience in instructional systems design or criterion-referenced instruction/adult learning/learner motivational models.
SPHR / GPHR certification.
Demonstrated experience in process/classroom facilitation and presentation skills.
Experience in leading organization-wide change.
Experience in supporting organizational start-up or expansion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Facilitates formulating and implementing the Department HR Goals.
Identification of key internal and external stakeholders and help building a shared vision in support of HR strategies.
Provides guidance and mentoring for Department HR teams.
Provides advice and guidance to Department for HR strategy implementation.
Provides feedback and recommendations to Department and Division Heads to improve the effectiveness of HR strategies.
Facilitates the annual Department Strategic Talent Review Meeting.
Coordinates and ensures the quality and consistency of succession planning decisions in the Department.
Collaborates with other Departments in their Admin Area and as requested, with Management and/or Professional.
Streamline the reassignment of talent out from and into their Department.
Conduct zero base studies to right size the organization.
Identify the required skills for organizations to close knowledge gaps and ensure knowledge transfer and sharing.
Develop the department training plans including cost and ensure effective implementation.
Coordinate with training/certification vendors and other Saudi Aramco training or career development to conduct required courses.
Develop competency maps for the organization.
Support the department annual recruitment process and identify manpower forecast.
Collaborates with the Development Head to facilitate leader selection/deselection processes.
Manages Department-level administration of talent and learning management systems for employee development in technical, on-technical and leadership development scheduling and history reporting.
Reviews Department-level Superior Performer promotion candidate packages for compliance prior to Department Head review.
Reviews and advises on a case by case basis, Division and Unit Head variable pay packages for compliance and quality prior to Department Head consideration.
Audits the quality and execution of Department's approved Individual Development Plans (IDP) to ensure targeted development goals are met.
Reviews employee psychometric instruments and assists Department leaders in outcome interpretation applicable to position fitness assessments/determinations.
