Position Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Consultant to join the Domestic Joint Venture Management Department (DJVMD).

The Business Development Consultant primary role is to participate in activities related to sourcing, screening, analyzing, planning, and developing new growth opportunities related the DJVMD portfolio of investments. As well as handle project proposals of varying scope and complexity involving the DJVMD portfolio of investments.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program, with additional studies in business administration, economics, accounting, or its equivalent is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

You will have Fifteen years of relevant experience in business development in the refining industry experience.

As a subject matter expert, you will have the following:

Expertise in business development.

Relevant industry expertise and solid experience in specific venturing activities, such as commercialization, spin-offs, or joint venturing.

Duties & Responsibilities:
As the successful candidate, you will be required to perform the following:

Participate in the business development process from screening through deal closure.

Drive screening and validation activities to move growth proposals through the different stage gates.

Prioritize growth proposals against investment criteria and Saudi Aramco downstream strategy.

Determine the scope and objectives of the projects, offering commercial and "technical" solutions that add value to Saudi Aramco.

Coordinate with corporate SMEs (Law, Finance, Corporate Planning, Management Services, Engineering, etc.) to ensure projects progress.

Work with internal organizations, refining domestic joint ventures, and external investors to promote new growth opportunities.

Conduct reviews of proposals and present briefs to senior Management.

Ensure that proper documentation is maintained on all the development’s work.
