The unconventional resources organization of Saudi Aramco is actively seeking an Operational Excellence (OE) Professional with expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) to join their world class team.
As an OE/BPM Professional in an unconventional asset you will support the multidisciplinary team to develop and improve their processes to deliver sustainable value and in developing innovating operating strategies and the capabilities to successfully execute strategic operation initiative that reach and often exceed their financial goals.
Candidates are expected to support a central repository for housing BPM processes, define standards for all elements of the model, develop governance rules and guidelines on using the model and foster an environment to propagate the adoption of BPM for all process standardization. Knowledge of advanced BPM tool will be an asset. As a BPM professional, you are also expected to design, measure, and monitor control business process while continuously introducing improvement to enhance the process and assist the organization to meet its business objective and goals. Also candidates are expected to drive the design and delivery of value oriented operations transformations by taking a compressive end to end approach to achieve excellence in execution.
Candidate should have experience in process improvement methodologies and tools to Identify systemic issues impacting business performances and establish a process discipline which forms the foundation for proactive transformation through process strategy, segmentation, management and governance
Candidates are expected to meet the following minimum requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related course. An advanced degree is preferred and will reduce prerequisite work experience stated below by one year for master degree and two years for PhD.
Preferred candidates are those with close to 10 years of experience in Unconventional Oil and gas, preferably in North America unconventional gas and oil business.
We will consider candidates who have experience of setting up the BPM organization, strategy, design and framework as well as experience of developing process governance methodology, standards for mapping and design and support training and development. Candidate should also have experience of working with one of the BPM tools (Bizagi, Aris, Mega, etc.).
Candidates should also have experience of leading the OE initiative with upstream oil and gas companies and have analytical and problem solving skills; proven experience in six sigma and/or other standard frameworks would be added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following with a team of professionals and subject matter experts:
Define BPM framework
Perform Process Design , Mapping and modeling in the BPM tool
Develop standards as a basis for mapping and design
Built and generate process manual and use cases
Monitor and control process in BPM
Manage process change and governance
Perform Change management
Assessing the best practices and identifying improvement areas
Define the strategic priorities
Development of operating plan to perform designed process
Ensuring process compliance through constant follow up
Optimizing process to increase value
Ensuring the change has been accepted and embraced
Ensure learning transfer between divisions
