Saudi Aramco has a requirement for an SAP GRC Risk Management/ Process Control Specialist to join the Corporate Business Applications Department, Finance & Reporting Division.
The Finance & Reporting Division provides Saudi Aramco with efficient, secure, and innovative finance solutions to support the corporate objectives in a cost effective and timely manner utilizing highly skilled, talented and motivated workforce while maintaining a healthy, inspiring and safe working environment.
The SAP GRC Risk Management/ Process Control Specialist primary role is to implement solutions, and provide support to the Company’s Finance Organizations especially in the area of Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC). The individual must know how to leverage ERP solutions that support best practices in GRC. The expert must have strong business and technical integration expertise and be able to quickly understand, support and enhance Saudi Aramco’s business processes, procedures and systems in the area of GRC.
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) OR Bachelor of Arts (BA) Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Technology (MIS), Mathematics, Business Administration or Accounting from a recognized and approved program as well as SAP GRC certifications. An advanced degree is preferable.
You will have eight to ten years’ experience in the SAP Finance modules, including at least eight years in GRC (SAP or SAS).
The following requirements apply:
Advance level experience in the following GRC areas:
Global Trade Services (GTS) - including Sanctioned Party List, Export, Import, Electronic Customs, Trade Preferences
Business Integrity Screening (BIS) including Business Partner Screening, Fraud Management, Anti-Corruption & Anti Bribery
Advance level experience in solution architecture and integration / interfaces between systems
Advance project management skills and project methodologies
Advance level of knowledge of the software development life cycle
Medium level experience in SAP Materials Management (MM) and Sales & Distribution (SD)
Medium level experience with SAP ERP Authorizations
Medium level knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA Simple Finance
Medium level knowledge in SAP UI5, Gateway, Fiori , ABAP, SQL
Medium level knowledge in Business Process Modeling tools
Well-developed system problem solving skills across various functional areas
Must have excellent oral and written skills in the English language
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Review and analyze user requests for computer systems and recommend solutions
Analyze business requirements to determine Information Technology’s (IT) solutions
Develop and manage project proposals, scope of work, business cases, project plans
Manage project teams
Conduct quality assurance on project deliverables
Evaluate, develop, test and implement new computer applications and systems
Maintain, enhance and support existing computer applications and systems
Diagnose and resolve systems operational problems to ensure system availability
Evaluate and test off-the-shelf products to ensure their applicability to corporate business requirements
Provide continuous improvement feedback on IT operations and support
Provide continuous improvement feedback on the existing business processes
Develop, test and document programs and systems
