Position Description:
We are seeking an Organization Performance Advisor to join the Management Consulting Division of the Organization Consulting Department.

The Management Consulting Division is responsible for providing internal management consulting and advisory services to all Saudi Aramco Business Lines.

The Organization Performance Advisor’s primary role is to work with Saudi Aramco organizations to analyze, diagnose, plan, manage, and solve business problems. This is not a technical consulting position.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

The successful candidate will have 7 or more years of experience as a consultant and project manager, using management consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to develop solutions to business problems. This experience should include at least five recent years in general management consulting, business process improvement, strategy, and/or business transformation.

You must be able to diagnose and develop solutions to business problems in a multi-function business environment. You must be comfortable working and collaborating with various levels of the organization, particularly executive and senior management. You must have excellent written and spoken English communications skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to assess business problems and develop solutions to solve those problems. Provide thought leadership in your area of expertise. Plan consulting projects; and lead and manage teams with diverse backgrounds. Collaborate with different organizations to develop holistic solutions. Provide management consulting support for the Contracting Advisor to onboard external consulting firms for specialized projects. Develop the management consulting skills of less experienced consultants.
