Position Description:
We are seeking an Organization Performance Advisor to join the Strategy & Organization Design Division (SODD) of the Organization Consulting Department (OCD).

SODD provides consulting services to Saudi Aramco in the areas of strategy development, general management consulting, and operating model design. The purpose of this internal management consulting division is to work with Saudi Aramco organizations to analyze, diagnose, plan, manage, and solve business problems related to the operations improvement, strategy, operating model, and organization structures.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration from a recognized and accredited/approved program. An advanced degree is preferable.

You will have at least seven years of experience as a consultant and project manager using management consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to develop solutions to business problems. This should include at least five recent years of consulting experience in the areas of strategy, operating model, organization design, and business transformation/operations improvement.

You must be comfortable providing consulting services for different business functions (e.g., Oil & Gas, Technical Services, Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance, and HR). You must be able to demonstrate your ability to diagnose and develop solutions to business problems in a multifunction business environment. You must be comfortable working and collaborating with various levels of the organization, particularly executive and senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Assess business problems and develop solutions, strategic approaches, and/or operating models to solve those problems.

Provide credible consulting in the areas of strategy, operating model, organization design, and/or general management consulting for various business functions.

Plan and lead management consulting projects.

Lead and manage teams with diverse backgrounds.

Collaborate with various organizations to develop holistic solutions to business problems.

Lead benchmarking efforts to identify global best practices for business issues and the design of organization structures.

Make impactful presentations to members of senior management to obtain support for solutions.

Provide management consulting support to onboard external consulting firms for specialized projects.

Develop the management consulting skills of less experienced consultants.
