Position Description:
We are seeking an Organization Performance Advisor to join the Organization Division of the Organization Consulting Department.

The Organization Division provides consulting services to Saudi Aramco in the areas of strategy development, operating models, as well as the design, development, and maintenance of organization structures and jobs. The service has four main objectives:

Ensuring that the Company and its constituent organizations are properly structured to enable efficient and effective management of its processes and activities.
Ensuring that the design of the Company’s organizations is equitable and consistent across the Company.
Ensuring that the organization designs put in place reflect international best practice wherever appropriate.
Ensuring that the Company’s jobs are properly designed and structured to enable the attraction and retention of qualified employees.

Your primary role is to work with Saudi Aramco organizations to analyze, diagnose, plan, manage, and solve business problems related to strategy, operating model, and organization structures. This is essentially a management consulting position.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration from a recognized and accredited/approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

You will have at least 7 years of experience as a consultant and project manager using management consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques to develop solutions to business problems. This should include at least five recent years of consulting experience in the areas of strategy, operating model, organization design, and business transformation.

You must be comfortable providing consulting services for different business functions (e.g., Oil & Gas, Technical Services, Procurement & Supply Chain, Finance, etc.). You must be able to demonstrate your ability to diagnose and develop solutions to business problems in a multi-function business environment. You must be comfortable working and collaborating with various levels of the organization, particularly executive and senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Assess business problems and develop solutions and operating models to solve those problems
Provide credible consulting in the areas of strategy, operating model, and organization design
Define jobs, job families, and hierarchies ensuring organization effectiveness and efficiency
Plan consulting projects
Lead and manage teams with diverse backgrounds
Collaborate with different organizations to develop holistic solutions
Lead benchmarking efforts to identify global best practices in organization structures
Make impactful presentations to members of senior managements to seek buy-in
Be an internal resource and develop the management consulting skills of less experienced consultants.
