Position Description:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the Base Oil Division of the Base Oil and Lubricants Department.

The Base Oil Division has been created to ensure the definition and implementation of the Base Oil Strategy of the Company, its Logistics Optimization and Communications among other functions. This is together with the subsidiaries who are actually selling into the market and implement the business and optimization plans.

The Logistics Coordinator has two main roles. In first one, in the Base Oil, you will add value by optimizing molecules flow and integrating its fragmented logistics. In the second one, Lubricants, you will set up new logistics for its lubricant business to be launched starting in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while Gulf Cooperative Countries (GCC) will follow.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program. You have currently hands-on-the-job in Primary and Secondary logistics in Base Oil and Lubricants with at least 6 years of experience. Furthermore, you will be able to work in team, be fluent in English and have excellent communications skills

Duties & Responsibilities:
In the Base Oil business, you will be required to:

Participate in the complete planning cycle of the Base Oil to support the product flow and logistics optimization across the globe,
Participate in the specific planning of the long term logistics optimization,
Monitor actual logistics efficiency and the implementation of the long term plans.
Liaise with production sites and logistics operators.

In the Lubricant business, you will be required to:

Participate in the implementation of the actions plans related to logistics,
Participate in the pre-launch activities (operations set up),
Prepare and ensure the logistics plan, measure efficiency and improve the system
Liaise with sales force, production sites and customers if necessary,
