We are seeking an experienced Security Intelligence Analyst to work within the Corporate Security Services Division (CSSD) within the Security Intelligence Group (SIG). The Security Intelligence Analyst is vital to the intelligence process for Saudi Aramco. This includes managing and validating intelligence reports.
The successful candidate will be joining a hardworking and friendly team focused on growth, in a highly dynamic environment. The SIG is responsible for collecting, analyzing, evaluating, and producing intelligence reports to help safeguard Saudi Aramco assets and provide professional consultation in building the group’s foundations.
The CSSD provides independent, reliable, non-biased investigation, evaluation, and consultation services to decision makers. CSSD promotes high ethical standards to meet the needs of Saudi Aramco’s stakeholders and provides its services with trust and integrity.
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, homeland security, political science, international studies, or related subjects. An advanced degree in business, national security, criminal justice, or other field related specialty.
A minimum of 10 years of experience within the intelligence field, with emphasis on intelligence collection, intelligence management, and intelligence analysis.
Ability to manage a large workload with the highest level of quality.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Genuine team player.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel and skilled in other analytics tools.
Knowledgeable of field related systems, intelligence tools, and technologies.
Highly adaptable to new environments, systems, processes, and procedures.
An open mindset and able to exercise judgment with discretion.
Ability to evaluate and recommend constant improvement.
Middle Eastern work experience would be very advantageous but not essential.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The analyst is expected to contribute heavily with his expertise and consultation to streamline the group processes and functions. Specific duties will include the following:
Develop and implement intelligence foundations and strategies.
Provide recommendations on best intelligence tools and technologies.
Develop plans to anticipate, predict, detect, and report potential security threats.
Perform a full range of intelligence including; collecting, analyzing, and processing data using internal and external sources to produce a comprehensive model of trends and actionable intelligence.
Transfer intelligence field knowledge.
Develop security intelligence policies, guidelines, and educational materials.
Identify key performance indicators and support in the gathering and reporting process.
Assist the intelligence team in maintaining the highest standard of work quality.
Communicate intelligence findings to management.
Liaising with stakeholders, local officials, and foreign organizations as required.
Keeping accurate records and updating progress of activities.
Providing advice to individuals on the intelligence process and resolving related issues.
Preparing reports backed by appropriate evidence.
Adhering to government and corporate policies and procedures; particularly on handling sensitive information
Maintaining the highest level of ethical standards.
