Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Equity Compensation Program Specialist to join the Compensation Division of HR Policy and Planning Department.

The Compensation Division plays a critical role in supporting the link between employees and their compensation and rewards. Through continued dedication, collaboration, and integrity, the division maintains and develops compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent from across the globe.

The division develops strategic initiatives to improve competitiveness in the company’s Total Rewards. Additional responsibilities include development and administration of base salaries, equity adjustments, merit programs, promotion policy, the short-term incentive plan, corporate recognition program, and all compensation elements for out-of-Kingdom work and training assignments.

To assure that employees are rewarded for their contributions, compensation programs are reviewed and updated regularly, aligned with leading HR practices for the overall benefit of Saudi Aramco and its workforce. Your primary role is to develop, deploy and administer equity based compensation programs.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.

You will have 8 years experience in Compensation & Benefits working for either an oil and gas company or a major consultancy. Equity compensation experience desirable but not essential.

You will be able to clearly and concisely express ideas and opinions orally and in writing, and develop and deliver visually engaging and informative presentations.

You will be able to demonstrate leadership and ability to take the initiative, lead others, and resolve conflict in a team environment.

Possess strong oral communication and consulting skills with a proven ability to guide and shape management thinking.

Strong English language business and technical writing. Have the ability to manage multiple interests, competing agendas, and deliver results when needed. Demonstrate ability to manage complex projects and priorities and translate complex pieces of information into meaningful conclusions and results.

Demonstrate ability to get the best out of others by inspiring and influencing them, building bonds and resolving conflict for mutual benefit.

Show awareness and understanding of business situations and leading financial indicators with strong adherence to the rules and standards of moral conduct in the workplace, as well as demonstrate ability to think globally and work with diverse groups and cultures internationally.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Develop and administer equity based compensation programs.

Support global compensation program development.

Support short- and long-term incentive program development. Develop cost estimates for equity compensation programs.

Support development and administration of salary surveys.

Manage relationships with suppliers of market data.

Develop knowledge of the petroleum industry market.

Develop knowledge of labor law and government regulations.

Develop complex communications and management of change.
