Position Description:
We are seeking an IT Systems Technician to join our HR Planning & Performance Management Division (HRP&PMD).

This division conducts all administrative, budgeting and cost-control functions for the Admin Area, and ensures timely submissions of the reports.

Your primary role is to administer Hardware Replacement & Upgrade Programs for all workstations, fax machines, servers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and any other digital equipment as applicable.

You will be working with the HRP&PMD team to ensure that all branded presentations are created to a high standard, liaising with senior employees to create on-brand new business presentations. Also you will be participating in brainstorms meeting to create images, charts, and infographics to effectively communicate key messages, and can be incorporated into presentations.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will have a higher level education diploma in Math, Business Administration or Physical Science. A bachelor’s degree would be preferred.

You will need to have Knowledge of PowerPoint, Prezi or Keynote, knowledge of a creative suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator). Ability to handle a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously. Commitment to responsiveness, high quality work and confidentiality. A good artistic eye and an understanding of the graphic requirements of a project is preferred. You must have good communication and collaboration skills.

You will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in assisting in computer programming, preparation and system documents.

You must be able to demonstrate an ability to support computer assignments, such as networking support.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Administer Hardware Replacement & Upgrade Programs for all workstations, fax machines, servers, printers, scanners, photocopiers, and any other digital equipment as applicable.
Maintain employee logon IDs, accounts, and password management. Help new and current employees in creating IT and communication-related requests.
Ensure employees have the proper access to corporate systems and business roles as required, to enable them to conduct their work duties in an efficient manner.
Maintain email groups and ensure they are all up to date.
Ensure that all applicable guidelines (acceptable use, information security, etc.) are adhered to and implemented.
Creating images, charts, and infographics that more effectively communicate key messages, and can be incorporated into presentations.
