Position Description:
Saudi Aramco is seeking a HR Professional to join our HR Strategic Program Division (HRSP).

This division reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. HRSP’s mission is to develop the HR Strategy based upon market forces, marketplace trends, business strategy, and HR current position in the life-cycle. We also align and partner across functions to achieve strategic direction, and modernize HR to best in class standards through innovation.

Your primary role is to manage our human resource strategic and high impact operational issues, by consulting with managers in areas of performance and talent management, related to employee recruitment, development, performance differentiation, selection, and retention. You will also ensure the Admin Area is kept up to date on organization, industry and global trends in maintaining a competitive advantage through the optimal utilization of human capital. In addition you will be handling professional writing duties to develop relevant content that serves the HR Admin Area needs.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate, you will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration, or economics.

You will have 12 years of progressive HR experience in areas such as performance and talent management, organizational design, leadership development, facilitation, and training, with at least 8 years of supervisory experience, including 5 years supervising leaders. Experience in instructional systems design and supporting organizational start-up or expansion is preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Facilitate the design and implementation of Admin Area HR goals, and provide HR teams guidance for implementation and continual improvement.
Facilitate the annual Admin Area Strategic Talent Review Meeting, annual Admin Area Bench Strength Analysis, and cascade the Business Line HR strategies/KPIs to the Admin Area level.
Provide guidance and mentoring for Admin Area and Department HR teams.
Participate in identification of key internal and external stakeholders, and build a shared vision in support of HR strategies.
Provide advice and guidance to Admin Areas for HR strategy implementation, provide feedback and recommendations to VPs and Admin Area Managers, to improve the effectiveness of HR strategies.
Oversee and ensure the quality and consistency of succession planning and leadership selection/de-selection process decisions in the Admin Area.
Review Superior Performer promotion candidate packages for compliance prior to VP review.
Review and advise on a case by case basis, on variable pay packages for compliance and quality, prior to VP consideration.
Monitor the Admin Area's performance in achieving human capital development targets.
Audit the quality and execution of approved Admin Area Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure targeted development goals are met.
