Position Description:
We are seeking an HR Generalist to join the Planning & Performance Management Department of Operations & Business Services business line.

The P&PM Department is responsible for providing Business and HR Planning and Management services for the Operations & Business Services (O&BS) business line. O&BS provides services encompassing: constructing, maintaining and operating residential communities and office buildings; delivering transportation services including busses, company cars, trucking, marine and aviation; providing safety and fire protection services; security services to safeguard all company operations and communities; industrial and academic training and educational services.

The HR Generalist’s primary role is to support all Talent Management Activities in the O&BS Business including:

1. Coordination of Annual Succession Planning Process
2. Coordination of Annual High Potential Identification & Development program
3. Coordination of Leadership Training for all Levels of O&BS Management
4. Coordination of transfer and assignment of O&BS employees into critical jobs
5. Coordination of O&BS PMP activities and process
6. Coordination of Annual Promotion Planning process

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

You will have 10 years’ experience in typical HR Generalist activities including at least 3 years in management and/or executive development.

10 years’ experience in Fortune 250 environments is highly preferred

Experience with implementation of HR processes in an international setting highly preferred

Proven ability to effectively interact with Executive Management required

Capability to provide strong strategic and administrative HR support upon demand required

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Ensure delivery of Annual Performance Management process

Ensure delivery of Annual Succession Planning Process

Ensure ongoing and effective utilization of Leadership Training programs

Ensure ongoing identification and development of High Potential Leadership Talent

Ensure delivery of Annual Promotion process

Ensure implementation and reporting of Annual Employee Engagement Survey

Facilitate ongoing Talent Assessment & Calibration sessions with key business leaders
