We are seeking a Well Services Foreman to join South Ghawar Gas Well Completion Operations Division (SGGWCOD) under the Southern Area Well Completion Operations Department (SAWCOD).
SGGWCOD is one of three gas well completion operations divisions in the department that covers Ghawar field to perform fracturing and stimulation, well intervention and surface well testing operations in high pressure gas wells with different completions (vertical, horizontal and multilaterals).
As a successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor degree in petroleum engineering. The degree is required when you have low years of experience, but the High school/Diploma would be acceptable if it’s complemented with many years’ experience.
You must have a minimum of 7 years operational experience in oil and gas fields, or 13 years if you have no degree.
You must have intensive experience in well intervention operations including coiled tubing, e-line and slickline services and related pressure well control Equipment.
It is advantageous to have intensive experience in fracturing and stimulation treatments as well as surface well testing.
You must have a thorough knowledge of all well completion/services and operations hazards involved and safety precautions.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are required to perform the following:
Supervise and execute production engineering programs with an objective to complete the wells (without rig) by performing perforations, fracturing/stimulation and well testing to unlock wells’ potential and assess their performance.
Review and sign the job tickets and daily job logs; works diligently and jointly with all involved parties to optimize the operation cost and improve its efficiency/KPIs.
Report the operation progress and other operational and safety details in a daily basis.
