We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to join Khursaniyah Gas Plant Department (KGPD) under Gas Operations Admin Area.
Khursaniyah Gas Plant (KGP) current processing capacity is 0.94 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of associated gas. The plant products are NGL, Sales Gas and Liquid sulfur.
You will apply an extensive and diverse resource of Knowledge and experience, analyze and interpret conceptual ideas into workable solutions for complex problems and issues. Be able to address and resolve critical situations, both technical and non-technical.
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
You must have a minimum of 10 years progressive experience in the design, specification and troubleshooting of all aspects in Rotating Equipment such as Gas/steam Turbines, Compressors and pumps.
You should have experience with international standards govern different types of rotating equipment.
You must have experience with vibration analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reporting, and establishing the machinery monitoring programs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You are expected to perform the following:
Coordinate maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available workforce.
Plan assigned T&Is field-wide, analyze and sequence all work requests and estimate required manpower.
Execute the actual work during a T&I period, coordinate activities of assigned craftsmen and such other personnel as are assigned (night shift coordination, etc.) to assist in the execution of the work.
Report to concerned Maintenance Supervisor on quality and quantity of workmanship and adherence to standards within your assigned areas.
Report on deviation from approved schedules and assists in the correction of such deviations.
Review project proposals to assure that maintenance aspects are considered in final design.
Coordinate maintenance work between Maintenance Divisions when services from various divisions are required.
Evaluate maintenance activity on digital systems.
Provide professional expertise to the solution of complex hardware problems.
