Position Description:
We are seeking a Management and Professional Trainer to join the Women Development & Diversity Division (WD&DD) of the Management & Professional Development Department.

The Management and Professional Trainer’s primary role is to become a subject matter expert, facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, lead learning programs, and manage projects and events.

As the successful candidate, you will inspire participants to acquire new knowledge and skills and actively disseminate them into the workplace.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you should hold a bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.

You will have a minimum of twelve (12) years of talent development experience, including at least five (8) years in training, facilitation, and/or coaching.
You should have a professional training and/or facilitation certification from a global certifying body such as ATD or a globally recognizable equivalent.
Experience in facilitating diversity and inclusion interventions and an awareness in issues related to the Saudi culture with an ability to tactfully handle related matters is a plus.

Duties & Responsibilities:
u will required to perform the following:
Execute WD&DD’s strategy for talent development and influencing mindsets.
Present structured content in a way that inspires participants toward greatness. Maintain an excellent evaluation results.
Research D&I content, successfully complete certification on instructional content, and maintain all certifications throughout the duration of employment.
Continually gain up-to-date knowledge and best practices on leadership, diversity, and inclusion areas.
Assist in the development of new courses of instruction and review the current curriculum for future fit and use.
Be an effective team member who consistently practices proven characteristics of effective teaming.
Be a model of the corporate values and the Saudi Aramco way.
Mentor and coach, on an as-needed basis, professionals, leaders, and future leaders.
Provide professional internal consultations to line management on dealing with talent development and D&I issues covering most phases of the D&I function from initial inquiry and research through implementation to evaluation and follow-up.
Coach, train, and provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues on talent development and D&I matters in addition to conducting upper level management training courses.
Research and recommend to the unit head innovations and modifications of present programs or introduction of new ones.
Participate in and direct operations of talent development and D&I functions and activities in every Company location in and out of the Kingdom as required. Directs work of professional trainers and assigns work to paraprofessional/clerical staff members.
