Position Description:
We are seeking a Programs Strategist to join the Programs Division of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture Department.

The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra) is an iconic landmark building, a beacon for knowledge to illuminate, inspire, and catalyze the potential of the Kingdom’s vast talent pool. Ithra is an all-purpose culture destination, and an environment for transformative experiences to unlock the power of potential through mastery in arts, science, literature, and innovation. Facilities include an idea lab, library, theater, museum, energy exhibit, art gallery, children’s museum, and a knowledge tower housed under one roof to provide visitors with an immersive and transformative experience.

The Programs Division is responsible for planning and executing all King Abdulaziz Center‘s programs, including, but not limited to, the Museum programs, Theater and Performing Arts programs, as well as Keystone and the Outreach programs. In addition, it is responsible for the Library and other educational, scientific, and technological programs.

You will be fully responsible for developing and tracking progress of program strategy across the Center.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial organization psychology, educational psychology, or equivalent. A master’s degree is desirable.

You will have ten (10) years of experience in strategic alignment and advisory to cultural and public programs relevant field.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:

Define and measure of KPIs and impact assessment.

Handle all cross-component strategic aspects including designing seasonal and multi-year program themes.

Lead the financial target setting, this includes pricing, revenue targets, annual budgets, and program positioning.

Lead cross program internal communication including management cross-component reporting, business plan development, and quarterly reviews.

Research and develop reports on international and regional cultural and creative program trends.

Develop a strategic plan for aligning Center programs and disseminating plans to Center management and staff for implementation.

Operationally define Center programs.

Develop and maintain a program database to include, but not be limited to, content, contract status, and in-house development status as it relates to milestone deliverables.

Evaluate and monitor programs based on set criteria and key performance indicators.
