Rotating Equipment Engineer

We are looking for a Rotating Equipment Engineer to join Berry Gas Plant Department (BGP) under Gas Operations Admin Area.
Berry Gas Plant (BGP) current processing capacity is 1.5 billion standard cubic feet per day (BSCFD) of associated gas. The plant products are NGL, Ethane, Sales Gas and Liquid Sulfur.
You will work as a technical support resource for maintenance and operation personnel in the rotating equipment and maintenance reliability fields.
As a successful candidate you should hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
You must have 10 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance (centrifugal gas compressors, air compressors, steam turbines, dry gas seal, mechanical seals, power gas turbine units, various types of pumps, fans motors), preferably in the oil and gas industry.
You must have experience with troubleshooting, trip investigating and performing root cause failure analysis of rotating machinery.
You should have in-depth knowledge of international standards and codes ASME, API and ANSI especially standard such as API610, API 617, API 692, API 691 and others related to rotating equipment design and selection.
You must have experience with maintenance systems tools such as SAP, RCM, PMO, PdM…etc.
You should have a working knowledge in advanced machinery vibration analysis.
You should have a knowledge of reliability centered maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Provide technical support and repair scope to maintenance and operation personnel.
Design reviews and upgrade for improved reliability.
Recommend new installations or modifications to improve existing facilities.
Estimate costs, prepare justifications and complete expenditure requests.
Participate in technical reviews of project designs/proposal from rotating equipment and maintenance side.
Participate in HAZOP review sessions.
Mentor and develop young engineers.
