Position Description:
We are seeking an Environmental Coordinator to join the Operational Excellence and Compliance team of Unconventional Resources Organization.

Operational Excellence and Compliance team is a newly established team to serve the Unconventional Resources (UR) Admin area. They will begin implementing and initiating procedures and guidelines manuals in the (UR) departments and start doing internal audit in 2019.They will be involved in several projects such as the new gas plant in Jafurah, participate in different projects in south Ghawar and northern increments.

Minimum Requirements:
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering from a recognized and approved program.

You will have Ten years’ experience in Unconventional Oil and gas or Leading the HSE with upstream oil and gas companies.

You will have analytical and problem solving skills.

You will also have proven experience in six sigma and/or other standard frameworks.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following with a team of professionals and subject matter experts:

Define HSE framework

Perform Process Design, Mapping and modelling.

Develop standards as a basis for mapping and design

Built and generate process manual and use cases

Monitor and control process in HSE

Manage process change and governance

Perform Change management

Assessing the best practices and identifying improvement areas

Define the strategic priorities

Development of operating plan to perform designed process

Train our young employees to do auditing and participate in business processes management projects.

Ensure learning transfer between divisions
