Position Description:
The copywriter will be responsible for conceptualization and development of creative concept that meet the organization’s communication strategies. The copywriter will work closely with the members of the creative and marketing team to ideate, position, and develop high quality promotional headlines copy body. The primarily role of the copywriter will be to research, conceptualize, and create original copy. This position requires a blend of creative content development and conceptual art direction.

Minimum Requirements:
University degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, English Literature, or a related field.
Eight or more years of experience in Advertising or a related field.
Should be able to adapt to multicultural environment.
Solid portfolio of previous of work.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Full command of the craft of advertising and promotional copy writing; able to develop fresh, snappy, engaging and well-structured headlines, body copy, and calls to action.
Hand on experience on conceptualization and developing creative ideas.
Develop campaign content across multiple mediums including, but not limited to: video, TV, radio, websites, banner ads, social media, print collateral, direct mail, and exhibits.
Translate high-level concepts and creative briefs into finished copy and proofread copy to check spelling and grammar.
A flexible approach and willingness to amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback.
Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion.
Liaise with production companies, photographers, typographers, and designers.
Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences.
Ability to grasp complex concepts and make them easily understandable.
Ability to analyze large volumes of information and extract key points and messages.
Responsible for art direction and overseeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion, and delivery.
Liaise with proponents and interpreting their briefs.
Develop the overall look or style of a publication, an advertising campaign, and promotional collaterals.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members.
Work closely with Marketing Coordinator to keep all projects on track.
Maintain quality check on all pieces.
Manage challenging situations and difficult stakeholders.
Evaluate and manage production resources to enhance high productivity and allocations.
Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience.
Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects at once.
A broad understanding of marketing strategy and communications plan.
Ability to perform under pressure and deliver high-quality work to tight deadlines.
Proactively recommend creative communications approach/concepts for marketing proposals.
Ensure all work consistently meets established brand standards and guidelines.
