As the Digital Creative Director, you will be responsible for providing creative ideas and devising the concepts and strategies for integrated campaigns among all digital channels, to support and improve the corporate online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts.
Essential: Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, digital communication, or a related field.
Solid experience with digital platforms, including social media.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in communications as a writer, or in public relations or media relations, in a public relations agency, or news or in-house communications setting, ideally in the energy, oil and gas, or chemical sectors.
Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role.
Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.
Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities.
Proven track record designing and executing successful integrated digital communication campaigns, at both a local and national level.
Strong understanding of communications channels and audiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Work closely with the strategy team to align with the company's wider goals.
Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring content activities.
Work alongside the unit supervisors to align all efforts towards creating integrated campaigns.
Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines, and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion.
Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters, etc., to help them use their talents effectively.
Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.
Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet the company’s messages.
Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals.
Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future.
