As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for curating content, managing assets, researching, and writing editorial. You are also responsible for ensuring all content aligns with the overall strategy, ensuring creative consistency and optimum content performance. You should be a detail-oriented creative professional who knows how to multi-task and actively stay ahead of trends.
Essential: Master's degree in Digital media, Human Computer Interaction Design, or a related field
At least 3-5 years as a UX Designer within an advertising agency.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of all aspects of the user-centered design (UCD) principles, processes and approaches, with the ability to apply them flexibly across a variety of project types.
Exceptional design aesthetics with UI folio to demonstrate.
Strong experience across Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and OmniGraffle.
Familiar with Agile and Sprint working methodologies.
A strong understanding of best practice interaction and visual design principles.
Able to represent creative ideas through sketch and/or prototypes development.
Able to actively contribute to the development of the technological transformation to a digital culture through a passionate and sharing-oriented approach.
Able to present complex ideas in a simple, engaging, and effective way.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Deep knowledge of new technologies including Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, and gamification, to meet business and communication requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Participate and contribute in all stages (scoping, beginning, milestones, final) of any external digital touch point development project, to guide and/or manage it from a user experience design point of view, to ensure the user experience layer of the service/product, to meet or exceed the industry standard.
Being a user experience(UX) guardian between Aramco and the third-party vendors developing Aramco digital touch points, to help them with the following:
Aligning the vision and objectives
Defining the development process and milestones
Ensuring all requirements are captured and applied to UX artefacts
Evaluating the UX outcome of each milestones
Establish and manage Aramco UX strategy (external), which includes the vision, use cases, style guides, wireframes, design criteria, etc.
Manage user experience design artefacts for the Digital Brand Center
Review and develop the user experience design layer of Aramco as a brand. E.g., revisit the user journey for aramco.com, and find room to improve. Evaluate existing UI assets and update them. Translate requirements for features or a new service.
Create awareness of the digital touch point development process.
