We are seeking a Diversity Program Lead to join the Diversity & Inclusion Division (D&ID) of Management & Professional Development Department.
Saudi Aramco has established a new approach to Diversity and Inclusion and will be implementing new initiatives that will have an impact across the company. This position is for a program lead who will be responsible for the execution of some of these initiatives with an enterprise-wide impact.
The Program Lead’s primary role is to be a subject matter expert, facilitate workshops, deliver presentations, lead learning programs, and manage projects and events. The successful candidate will inspire participants to acquire new knowledge and skills and actively disseminate them into the workplace.
As a successful candidate you must hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, business, Organizational Development/Organizational Effectiveness (OD/OE) or related field.
You must have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, which includes at least 5 years of leading and implementing diversity and inclusion programs in complex organizations
Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Arabic is desirable.
Proven ability to lead diversity and inclusion efforts in a global business environment
Collaborative relationship builder with strong influencing skills across all organizational levels
Strong organizational development and talent management skill set (group process, organizational design, team dynamics, leadership development, coaching, etc.)
High level of cultural competence and cultural agility
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Developing systemic D&I leadership practices and behaviors and ensuring that they are embedded throughout day-to-day operations
Consulting with leaders at all levels to provide strategic direction and coaching and creating mechanisms to ensure shared accountability for achieving D&I results
Initiating and driving measurement and trend analytics that help identify problems, then providing guidance to create proactive solutions and drive success in achieving D&I objectives
Serving as external representative and partner in creating employer brand visibility and reputation
Collaborating strategically with to engage stakeholders, amplify successes and ensure inclusive internal and external messaging
Creating organizational mechanisms (e.g. resource groups, diversity councils, steering groups, etc.) to lead and execute D&I strategy and objectives
Creating and sustaining viable dashboards/scorecards to monitor, track progress and ensure ROI and improved metrics in alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs (e.g. diverse representation at all levels, retention, etc.)
