We are seeking a Social Media Account Specialist to join the Digital Communication Division of the Corporate Communication Department.
You will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing the Company's overall social media strategy to support and improve online presence and the overall digital marketing efforts.
As the successful candidate you will:
Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
Solid experience with social media platforms.
Have a minimum 10+ years of experience in communication as a writer, public relations or media relations, gained from either news, public relations agency, or in-house communications setting, ideally in the energy, oil and gas, or chemical sectors.
Have a proven working experience in communication and public relations required.
Have a proven track record designing and executing successful integrated digital communication campaigns at both a local and national level.
Have event planning experience and a strong understanding of communications channels and audiences.
Have an excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
Have a good understanding of social media KPIs.
Be familiar with web design.
Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be required to perform the following:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy.
Develop communications campaigns.
Define the most important social media KPIs.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Brandwatch, etc.
Attend educational conferences.
Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers.
Collaborate with Marketing and other organization in the Company.
Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
Train others in the team.
